Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a non-profit community-based facility located in Worcester, Massachusetts. It provides a broad range of skilled nursing and rehabilitation services, while maintaining the highest standard of personal care for residents. Each person is treated with dignity and respect, in keeping with the values and traditions of the Orthodox Christian faith.
Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center has been realized through the joint effort of the twelve Eastern Orthodox Christian Communities in Central Massachusetts. It is the fruit of over forty years of cooperation and fellowship among these communities who share a common faith, but often represent different ethnicities and cultures - an unprecedented achievement in the history of the Orthodox Faith in America.
We are living in a time when our parents and grandparents are living healthier, longer, and independent lives. But should the need arise, Holy Trinity Nursing and Rehabilitation Center stands committed to its tradition of providing quality care, stability, and comfort in an atmosphere of Christian love and respect.
Now in its fifth year of operation, Holy Trinity has earned a distinguished reputation as one of the areas premier health care facilities. While the heart of the mission of Holy Trinity is to provide high quality long-term skilled nursing care for those who need it, its sub-acute unit is also capable of providing transitional care required for people after a hospital stay and before returning home.
